How to Participate
Joining our tournaments and events is simple and rewarding! We encourage all members and aspiring tennis enthusiasts to get involved. Here's a quick guide on how to register and what to expect:
Registration Process:
- Browse Our Calendar: Visit the "Upcoming Tournaments & Socials" section above to see all available events. Each event listing provides key details such as date, time, description, and registration deadlines.
- Click "Register Now": For each event, you'll find a clear "Register Now" button. Clicking this will direct you to the appropriate registration form or our contact page for inquiries, depending on the event type.
- Complete the Form: Fill out all required information accurately. This typically includes your name, contact details, membership ID (if applicable), and any specific preferences or partner requests for doubles events.
- Confirmation: After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all the event details, rules, and any pre-event instructions. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Early Bird Registration: For many popular tournaments, we offer early bird discounts. Keep an eye on registration opening dates to secure your spot at a reduced rate!
Tournament Rules & Eligibility:
To ensure fair play and an enjoyable experience for everyone, all participants are expected to adhere to our club's general rules and specific tournament regulations. Detailed rules for each tournament will be provided upon registration and are also available upon request.

- Withdrawals & Refunds: Please review our withdrawal and refund policy, typically outlined in the registration confirmation, for information on cancellations.
